乔楠 毕业于中央美术学院，从事5年的纪录片制片工作。参与《种植人生》《九叔》《昨日狂想曲》《黄河尕谣》等数十部独立纪录片的制作。

Qiao Nan graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and worked as a documentary filmmaker for 5 years. Participated in the production of dozens of independent documentaries such as "Planting for Life", "Ninth Uncles", "The Shoeshiner's Journey" and "Stammering Ballad".

导演阐述：

冬日夜晚，在一片片黑色的山坡上，有一丝白，越来越明显，那是一层薄薄的白白的雪,冷山上白雪，寂寞却温柔的像要溶入你的心。夜深，山上的雪越发亮了，雪变成了冰，生成了山的盔甲。忽然我想起了一个人.

很久以前我妈妈养母的村子里,有一位母亲,生了12个孩子.孩子们每天散落在村子里跑着，开心的玩耍着，母亲日夜忙碌着，支撑着，在她眼里看不出一丝沮丧。当突如其来的灾难降临，她长久的处于一种挣扎状态，这种状态维持着孩子生命的延续，却面临着自己的死亡。这在当时年幼的我眼里，她是别人口中说出的那个人.但她的身影她的眼神我一直无法忘记。她有一种力量.是灵魂的原始力量，一直照亮着我,我想把她表达出来.于是诞生了这部作品.

起初,我就想用搭建实景,泥偶制作,定格拍摄的方法,因为,在我的脑海里要表达人物,要在一种真实的空间里,有明暗、空间、质感的烘托,这是抽象的表达,基于现实之中,由于材料本身的趣味性,既然是拿捏的艺术,现实中又夹杂着内心情感,那么我就着重表现情感和情绪.也许就是一种状态.

曾有人说过: “没有所谓的艺术创作,是神在创作,我们只是游戏.”也许片中的一切都有了灵气,那么主人公的生命就得到了延续.

死亡也许是生命的延续,大自然不会消失,生命以另一种形态生存,而她的恐惧于身俱来.我们以一种悲情看待他人的痛苦.以灵魂碰撞她的灵魂,带着无数的未知与陶醉完成了作品。

The director's Statement:

On a winter night, on the black hillside, there is a trace of white, which is becoming more and more obvious. It is a thin layer of white snow. The snow on the cold mountain is lonely but gentle like it wants to melt into your heart. Late at night, the snow on the mountain became brighter and brighter, and the snow turned into ice, forming the armor of the mountain. Suddenly I thought of a person. 

A long time ago, in the village where my grandmother who is the step mother of my mother, there was a woman who has 12 children. The children ran and played happily in the village every day. There was no trace of frustration in her eyes. When a sudden disaster struck, she was in a state of struggle for a long time, which maintained the continuation of the child's life, but faced her own death. In my young eyes at that time, she was the person who was spoken by others. But I have never forgotten her figure and her eyes. She has a kind of power. It is the original power of the soul, which always illuminates me. I want to express her. So i made this work. 

In my mind, I want to express the characters, in a real space, with light and shade, space, texture contrast, this is an abstract expression, based on reality, due to the interest of the material itself, since it is a good choice Art, and reality is mixed with inner emotions, so I focus on expressing emotions and emotions. 

Maybe it is a state. Someone once said: "There is no so-called artistic creation, it is God who creates it, we are just games." Maybe in the film Everything in the heroine has aura, then the life of the protagonist will be continued. Death may be the continuation of life, nature will not disappear, life exists in another form, and her fear is inherent in her body. We use a kind of Looking at the pain of others with sadness. Collision of her soul with her soul, she completed the work with countless unknowns and intoxication.
