叶佑天，号柳山尘一，湖北美术学院教授，KUNE艺术学博士生导师。“诗意动画”概念构建者，青年“视觉诗人”，艺术学理论学者。清华大学、北京大学、北京电影学院访问学者。现为中国美术家协会会员，国际平面设计协会联盟会员，深圳平面设计协会会员，中央美术学院美术教育研究中心学术秘书，北京电影学院中国动画艺术研究院研究员，首都师范大学视觉研究中心研究员，国家新时代社会美育宣讲团成员，文旅部双创人才库重点培养艺术家，北京冬奥会邮票邀方案首席设计师，中国高校数字与影视协会理事，湖北省重点美术培养人才。国家艺术基金评审专家、国家社科基金艺术学项目评审专家，广电局动漫基金项目评审专家，教育部艺术类高校博士论文抽评专家，教育部部分重点艺术院校博士生导师遴选外评专家。曾多次担任国家博物馆及故宫博物院设计项目负责人、文旅部财政部文创专题创作团队首席艺术家，中文核心期刊《电影评介》动画专题栏目主持人，现工作于武汉、北京。

2017被设计之都（武汉）评为年度重大设计创意成果人物，2018评为国家文化自信战略全球年度推广人物，2017\2018两度被文旅部评为“中国优秀艺术文化传播者”，2019被设计之都（武汉）评为湖北省包装协会设计年度贡献人物，2021年被文旅部评为全球年度推广人物与中国对外文化输出风云人物。曾公开发表60余篇艺术理论文章与多篇艺术评论（含中国教育报、中国美术报、中国经济报等），主持过18项省部厅及校级纵向课题（含教育部重大项目子课题创作项目1项、省部级重点项目3项）及多项横向课题。独立主讲的课程《动画的另类审美：艺术动画导论与赏析》为省级精品视频公开课、《动画的多维思考另类审美》为中国慕课网公开课。

自2017年以来，受文旅部委派及被邀在全国240余所高校开展过学术讲座。所讲高校含：清华大学、北京大学、武汉大学、中国人民大学、华中科技大学、华南农业大学、哈尔滨工业大学、中央美术学院、中国美术学院、南京艺术学院、广州美术学院、云南艺术学院、中国戏曲学院、广西艺术学院等。

At the same time, ye Youtian is also a review expert of the National Art Fund,a review expert of the art scienceproject of the National Social Science Fund,a review expert of the animation fund project of the radio, film andTelevision Bureau,a doctoral thesis evaluation expert of art colleges and universities of the Ministry of education,and an external evaluation expert selected by doctoral tutors of some key art colleges and universities of the Ministryof education.He has served as the design project director of the National Museum and the Forbidden City Museum formany times,the chief artist of the cultural and creative theme creation team of the Ministry of culture,tourism andfinance, and the host of the animation theme column of the Chinese core journal film review,and now works in Wuhanand Beijing.Ye Youtian was rated as the person of major design creative achievements of the year by the city ofdesign (Wuhan) in 2017, the global person of annual promotion of the national culture self-confidence strategy in 2018,the "excellent Chinese art and culture communicator" by the Ministry of culture and tourism twice from 2017 to 2018,and the person of annual contribution to the design of Hubei Packaging Association by the city of design (Wuhan) in 2019,In 2021,he was rated as the world's annual promotion figure and China's foreign cultural export figure by the Ministry of culture and tourism.Ye Youtian has published more than 60 art theory articles and many art reviews (includingChina Education Daily,China Art daily,China economic news, etc.),and has presided over 18 provincial, ministerial,department and school level vertical topics (including 1 creation project of a major sub project of the Ministry ofeducation,3 provincial and ministerial key projects) and a number of horizontal topics. The independent courses"alternative aesthetics of animation: introduction and appreciation of artistic animation" are provincial-level qualityvideo open courses,and "alternative aesthetics of multidimensional thinking of animation" are Chinese online opencourses.
